Item Description : This file contains correspondence written to and from Rev. Maurice Frater of the John G. Paton Memorial Fund who was stationed on Paama with responsibility as well for Lamenu, Lopeni and parts of Ambrim and Epi.  He worked closely with the NZ Missions Committee.

Main Topics Include : "A Double Centenary" - the centenary of the foundation of the New Hebrides Mission and the Murder of Rev. John Williams (c. 1937).
